How amazing are Jason and Kelly Schoen for helping me the other day. A customer had come in to help us remove a kitten from the engine bay of a vehicle. I didn’t want to hurt the kitten trying to get it out and didn’t have enough experience to even know where to start. I called Jason and Kelly who came right away. We had to cut the serpentine belt to safely remove this kitten without harming it anymore. (Don’t worry though, It was a Ford Exploder and the owner is used to his vehicle breaking all the time.) They were able to safely remove the kitten and advise me what my options were. Thank you guys! Now the kitten is safe and healing and I have a new pet now!
